THE KI HOUSE IN FENDALTON - Lovely place to stay. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great value for money. The garden and area were amazing - peaceful and private with a really great feel. Well-equipped and comfortable beds. I would book this place again without hesitation - Ruth.

LATIMER VIEW APARTMENT - Latimer View Apartment is an incredible place to stay!! lovely view of the square while eating breakfast. Walking distance from everything in the city with amazing cafes nearby. the place is warm and very well kept, with everything you need for an extended or short stay. the garage spot is also great for knowing your car will be safe - Isha.

THE BLACK HUT - Beautiful accommodation which is really close to shops and restaurants and beautiful Hagley Park for the botanic gardens and morning runs. The home is really well equipped and super comfortable. Perfect Stays make the whole process of finding and accessing the property really easy. Highly recommended! - Hugh.

CHESTER STREET WEST APARTMENT - The place was clean, convenient, and reasonable. Took the stars off because the damage deposit/payment process was quite off-putting. I doubt I'm the only one who has tried to complete Perfect Stays' "passport" process while travelling. I had to provide a photo of my driver's license and my face and credit card details - info I have never been asked for by property owners. I opted for the $52 damage payment rather than a $500 damage deposit because I wasn't sure if this was some kind of an identity theft scam and that felt like the safer gamble. The whole model is weird and very stressful to try to do on the road. I think it would be more honest and straightforward if Perfect Stays just added a damage payment to the cost of rental. It was already a lot lower than other properties on Book-a-Bach. But anyway, thanks for the chocolate - Kirsten.

THE EVE APARTMENT - Our stay at this place was truly a perfect stay. The location is ideal, in the heart of Christchurch's central business district. The building is beautiful, and the space is thoughtfully designed to maximise its utility. Every need is met here -- a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, snacks, cocktails, and chocolate. Moreover, we loved the personality of the decor and that it had a clear design point of view. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others - Irene.

LATIMER VIEW APARTMENT - A fabulous stay at Latimer View. Was a very central location, perfect if you have an event on at the convention centre. Very comfortable home, lovely and warm and everything you would need for a comfortable stay! - Katie.

THE EVE APARTMENT - Stayed at the Eve Apartments in Christchurch. This place is gorgeous and so well laid out. The kitchen is amazing and it is so nice to curl up in front of the TV and fire on a cold night. So cosy!! Well located as well. Parking available. THE ATHFIELD HOUSE - Brilliant 1960’s house with decor to match. Stepping back in time. Very comfortable beds. Was a treat to be able to stay in a house like that. The only thing you need to be aware of is low ceilings so if you are over 6ft could be tricky - Nicole.
